Open SmartMedix.
Select “New registration or forgotten password” (“Nová registrace nebo zapomenuté heslo”).
Enter your e-mail address.
Use the e-mail address you provided when registering at the practice and select “Register” (“Registrovat”). The system will guide you through the next steps.
Next time, log in directly.
For future logins, use your e-mail address and chosen password.

Request an e-prescription
State the medicine's name and your usual dose. Without a consultation, we only prescribe medicines listed in your medical records.
Messages and questions
Send a message, request a record extract or cancel a planned visit.
Documents and prevention
Upload medical reports as PDFs or images. Track your preventive check-up and vaccination dates.
